Ella Comments on the 100th Post

Friday’s post was our 100th. The shameless self-promotion continues. Hey, we only reach 100 once.

If you haven’t read Lyrical Interlude and the comments—and logged your own story of “lyricosis,” now’s your chance. It’s good for a smile to start the week.

Speaking of smiles, here’s what Ella had to say about the 100th post:

Enough said. And enough with the fanfare.

Time to craft a story or play fetch, which is in a lot of ways the same thing.

See you later this week with a new post.

Snow Patrol Called Out in the Dark. Why? Because I like it. So will you.

This is your life, this is your time.

  1. Aimee,

You keep me current! I must be living under a rock…never heard of it but loved,, Snow Patrol Called Out in the Dark!! I am totally obsessed with Adele’s CD 21 at the moment. I must stop playing it!

Pace yourself with that packing girl. Throw everything out you don’t want to deal with on the other end!

Thank you so much for your posts!!! My slice of heaven!!!

    1. Elizabeth, isn’t that the best song?! I heard it on 89.1 The Wood, “the smart mix,” out of Lindenwood University. They play alternative and other stuff, sort of like XMs The Coffee House station. I was smitten with the first listen to Snow Patrol.
I haven’t been bitten by the Adele bug yet, though I hear she’s addictive.
Thank you for reminding me of the packing mantra, “When in doubt, throw it out!” I don’t need to pace myself yet because I haven’t started. I may be in a bit of denial… Will call soon to chat live!

  2. Congrats friend, a significant milestone! I so enjoy reading your blog, thank you for blessing us with your amazing writing, wisdom and creativity. Oh how I love that dog.
