I feel like I am just beginning to find my “voice”. I think learning that I’m really and introvert, even though I always fancied myself an extrovert is kind of a first step. Speaking up is easy, when you are in a crowd that believes the same as you do. . .not so easy when you are the square peg.

I agree; it’s more difficult when you know you face opposition.
You and your husband speak with your lives and how you serve your congregation daily. Actions are a loud and clear voice, too, often better than any words we can say or write.
