    How ironic that you would post such a meaty article on “Meatless Monday”. Glad we don’t live in L.A. Sounds yummy!

      Leah posts such meaty delights every Monday. Her Hunk of Meat Monday is an alternative to Meatless Monday for those of us who prefer meat with nearly every meal :) She has a lot of followers… I bet there are even some from L.A., but we’ll protect their identities!

  2. My SIL has been making a variation of these for years, and it is my husbands favorite. I will have to give Leah’s recipe a try to see if I can win him back to liking my kitchen better :) ha!
